We are looking for a new Partnership Manager, Embedded Finance.

As our Partnership Manager you will strengthen Saldo Bank’s commercial capabilities by developing new embedded finance opportunities and managing a portfolio of high-value partnerships. You will play a key role in shaping how our embedded finance solutions are are brought to market together with partners across Europe including Finland, Lithuania, Germany, the Netherlands, and Sweden.

In this role, you will work closely with our commercial and product teams and take ownership of building and expanding our embedded finance activities across key markets. You will be responsible for developing your own new business pipeline and managing a set of existing embedded finance partners ensuring their continued growth of portfolio and customer satisfaction.

In your day-to-day work, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders across product development, commercial leadership, legal, compliance, and risk teams, ensuring that each partnership progresses smoothly from initial contact to launch. 

Our main office is located in Helsinki, and we offer flexible remote work possibilities. Our working language is English, and skills in Finnish, German, or Swedish are considered an advantage.

What do we expect from you?

• A relevant master’s degree (e.g. Business, Finance, Economics).
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate lending, business banking, or financing solutions for medium-sized companies.
• Proven experience selling corporate credit products (e.g., product size over 1M EUR).
• Experience in business development, partnerships, or account management (fintech or financial services background is a plus).
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Other languages are an advantage.

To succeed in this role, understanding of how to structure and shape credit offerings for partners, is critical. This includes assessing their financing needs and how embedded credit solutions can support them.
